Pivotal Rail Products delivers certified ASCTD calibration services including annual calibration, rental kits, and in-house testing—keeping your single car test devices compliant and ready for service. Proper calibration is required every 365 days to maintain single car test certification and ensure accurate, reliable performance in the field.
According to 5.4.1 of the AAR Manual of Standards and Recommended Practices Brakes and Brake Equipment, no device may remain in service past 1 year from the last annual calibration.

Typical repair turnaround time is approximately 4–5 weeks from receipt of the unit at our repair facility to shipment back to the customer. Actual turnaround may vary depending on condition, parts availability, and repair scope.
Pivotal Rail Products offers a 4-pressure hose upgrade. This upgrade includes replacing the CBP hose line with a 1/4” ID hydraulic hose line designed for air applications, which also includes the appropriate JIC fittings to integrate with the pre-existing 4-pressure hose.
Heavy duty hose sleeve, with industrial heat shrink, is applied to the hose to increase durability during use in the field.
