Gross Flow Meter (GFM)
An uncalibrated gross flow reading provides the operator with continuous feedback during charge cycles. An invaluable feature that eliminates massive amounts of lost time waiting for time out limits on rail cars that have severe leakage.

Enhanced Operator Messaging (EOM)
The test operator is given a real time description of each part of the S-4027 air test, complete with the test section being performed, the parameters allowed by specification, any time limits involved, and the current real time value. In passed test situations, this serves as a constant operator training tool. Under a failed test condition, the detail provided is an invaluable troubleshooting tool.

Optimized Restart Performance (ORP)
Restart sequences following a test failure re-test ONLY the tests required under AAR specification S-4027

Failure Point Direction (FPD)
Any failure point prompts a direction screen where the test operator has the opportunity to direct the most effective course of action for the condition encountered. Options include retest, vent for repairs, quit test, and change operator ID.

FRA Operator Confirmation Compliant (OCC)
The PRP ASCTD is compliant with the FRA requested updates to S-4027 requiring operator and car ID confirmation. These enhancements ensure accuracy in testing and billing records to ensure that your company stays clear of regulatory conflict.

Stand Alone Retainer Test (SART)
The PRP test sequence decouples the retainer test from BC leakage test, eliminating false diagnosis.
